This is Evee the Great Pyrenees. Evee was always worried about her environment. She was very fearful and not motivated at all when it came to food, she would either sniff it and walk away or she would spit it out. She was also had severe separation anxiety. Her owner was starting to doubt that she was trainable but I had to ease her mind and tell her there’s multiple ways of training dogs. I’ve dealt with plenty of dogs that didn’t have any drive to work you have food drive, praise drive, toy drive, leash pressure to teach the dog to understand how to turn the pressure off which is better know as compulsion. You have to be well balanced when it comes to this with Evee we used compulsion to teach behaviors but she love praises so we were super balanced.
